The woman at the well represents all of us who have chased things that could never truly satisfy, only to discover that Jesus offers living water that quenches our thirst eternally. The mission trip to Guatemala brought this truth into vivid focus, where 678 souls encountered this same living water through a medical clinic that served nearly 2,300 patients. The physical needs—glasses, medicine, dental care—were merely bridges to the soul's deepest need: salvation through Jesus Christ. This reminds us that while the world offers temporary relief, only Christ provides eternal satisfaction. The challenge before us is clear: Who in our lives needs to hear about this living water? Just as Jesus went where others wouldn't go, we're called to step outside our comfort zones, identify one person this week, and share the love of Christ with them. Mission isn't just about distant lands; it's about the coworker, neighbor, or family member sitting at their own well, desperately thirsty for something real.
